What services are provided (outpatient)?
Outpatient Physical Therapy, Wellness Memberships, Aquatic exercise classes and personal training
Do I need a doctor’s order (outpatient)?
To be covered by insurance, yes you do need a doctor’s order. There is no doctor’s order needed for Health and wellness programs.

What are the fees for Physical Therapy and Wellness program fees?

Do you need a physician’s referral to use this facility?
No, we have memberships for the public. Each new member is required to meet with a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Fitness Screening on their first visit.
Do you have to be a member to join the Aquatic Class?
No. It’s a first-come, first-serve basis on the Aquatic Class since we have a maximum of 12 people in each class each month. However, we do give a 10% discount to members who want to take an Aquatic Class
Can I just take a peek at the pool since I was in the neighborhood?
We have several staff members on hand to give you a guided tour of our facility between the hours of 8am - 5:30pm.
