- Caring for our patients involves the consideration of all aspects of life, physical, emotional, financial, spiritual and social.
- Terminally ill patients have the right to die in the setting they choose and surrounded by their family.
- Home care, hospice services, outpatient aqua therapy and wellness programs are available to all.
- Participation in programs that promote a healthy community.
- Timely accurate information allows staff, patients and families to make good decisions.
- Each staff member is an integral part of the agency, well trained, compensated fairly, rewarded for initiative, supportive of one another and works in a safe environment.
- Quality is enhanced through ongoing education, evaluation, process improvement, safe work practices, financial integrity and compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation.
- We expect our staff to exhibit ethical behavior, confidentiality, accountability, creativity and professional development.
