Directions: Rte 93. Exit 26 onto Rte 25 West/Tenney Mt Hwy. At the 3rd stop light take a left onto Boulder Point Drive. Top of hill take a left into The Health Place parking lot. Pemi-Baker Community Health is the blue/grey building on the left.
