Pemi-Baker Home Health & Hospice follows the New Hampshire Law Against Discrimination. PROCEDURE:

1. Pemi-Baker Home Health & Hospice’s EEO commitment applies in all aspects of the employment relationship, including but not limited to hiring, compensation and benefits, training, promotion, leave of absence, termination.
2. All employment ads will contain the phrase “E.O.E.” (Equal Opportunity Employer).
3. All agency staff receive Civil Rights information during orientation and such information will be reviewed yearly.
4. Pemi-Baker Home Health & Hospice has an EEO statement on the agency website.

7. Any employee who has any EEO concerns or allegations of violation of this policy should promptly contact a member of the Management Team of Pemi-Baker Home Health & Hospice.
8. All employees are hereby notified that Pemi-Baker Home Health & Hospice will not tolerate any retaliation against employees who report or complain of discrimination or who participate in investigations of such complaints.
9. Any violations of this policy will lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
